The Making of diy.org skills.

First, whoever is making them Daren Rabinovitch, Paul Long, Isaiah Saxon, Meagan Moore, some times other people think of a name and theme for the skill. Next, they think of challenges and gather ideas, inspiration, and videos. Then comes the descriptions for the skill and each challenge. They plug all of the info into a skill template.
